I guess today's a "trick them people" day. My cousin tricked Imma into believing that she (my couz) needed some kinda hair accessories consultation for her sister's birthday. Haha! Awhile later, my other cousin led the entire household to hunt for his supposedly missing wallet. When really, he just wanna overnight here at my place and not go back home despite not being allowed to by his parents. So he claimed to have lost his wallet, just so he won't need to go back home. And he did that with much conviction ayyy, not until my brother found that "missing wallet" in my cousin's very own bag. Lol! He get to overnight at my place anyway. So that must make him happy. Hahz.
And I got tricked into believing that today is gonna be a rainy day. So I decided to give my morning jogging routine a miss only to find Mr Sun shining so bright when I woke up. I couldn't step out in the evening as I was in the midst of packing up my stuffz for the trip. It's bad enough that I ate a whole load of food today. Darn.

Girl Talk
A little feministic sentiment won't kill. Heh. Enjoy the song yawww.
In Your Mind
I don't want to believe
And i don't want to live
By the excuses
Of your weakness
`cause a woman should do
What she wants to do
There is no reason
For your shallow aggravation
Nothing wrong with this dress I wear
Nothing wrong with this smile I dare
Nothing wrong with my long back hair
I'ts all in your mind, in your mind
Nothing wrong with this legs you see
Nothing wrong with this lean body
And nothing wrong with the woman in me
Its' all in your mind, in your mind
I just want to be sure
Don't want anymore
You're calling out names
Oh what a shame
Just open your mind
Then maybe you'll find
That there's no reason
For your shallow aggravation
This is the time
To change your mind
There's still a chance
To change your mind
It's plain to see
From anywhere that the only thing wrong
Is your irritating mind

Local Production
I know I'm like ten days late in watching the local production, The Leap Years. But it is really a great movie especially since a lot of the scenes are taken at landmark places that I love so much. Admittedly, the movie dragged on for quite a bit though it's not that bad. And the foursome in the movie reminded me so much of Cashmere Mafia. It would be great if they can come up with a tv series on channel 5 with those four ladies starring in it, something much like CM...that will be superbly greatttt.
I need to pack my stuffz for the upcoming trip but I'm feeling plain lazy. There are probably a ton of necessities that I've yet to get and I still have not gone for my flu jab. Arghh.

Travel Across
Post D-day onslaught was...well, not much of a violent one. I had dreaded getting results this week only because my mum had planned on a kenduri the day after results day. And I was rather apprehensive of what I'm gonna have to say should people ask me about my results. It's not the "what are your grades?" question that threw me off, it's the "what do you plan to do next?" question that had me tripping. Anyhow, everybody was positive about it overall. "Just further your studies." That's the most common advice I got.
Can you believe that I'd not taken another glance at my results slip since Friday? It's stuck in the midst of all those local universities (argh, screw them) booklets and brochures. Of which I had not read either. Talk about closure mann. Haha.
Oh and the kenduri was actually meant for my family's departure for umrah on the 15th. Seriously, the upcoming trip is so much more nerve-wrecking than awaiting the release of results. I am not sure how it's gonna turn out. And I am still not certain how the procedure goes exactly. Sure I've attended all the preparatory classes but the thought of doing it for real...and at the holy land itself, is definitely gonna be so much more than mere theory could ever justify. It's giving me the jitters coz I am afraid that I may jumble everything up. I am looking forward to the trip very much and I pray that no mishap would happen throughout the journey. Besides all that, I am definitely looking forward to my VERY FIRST plane ride too. Yeah man, I get my first plane ride only when I'm about to turn 21. How sad eh? Lol.

Get Fat Laa
I was surfing the net and I came across this...
We know that results come from effort, not injury. Sure, you'll feel a little sore at first! But we guarantee you that you'll be begging for more. And if you don't like putting in any effort... we recommend sitting by the beach and watching the tide roll in or something.... Contact us when you get obese. (http://www.profit.com.sg/fatlp.htm)
Whahahaha! Basket seyyy.

Me
Expectedly, I screwed up my As. So as of now, I am officially out of the rat race. Yeah right. I gotta be kidding myself. Coz the rat race is kinda inevitable though I'd much prefer to be a tiger. Heh. It's just so weird to break the horrible news at home. My parents are not reacting the way I expected them to. It's strange. Maybe because there really are no "means of comparison" within my bloodline. Which then enabled me to get off unscathed. Still, my parents gave me the impression that I should continue to further my studies somewhere. Then I am gonna have to decide where to go after I come back.
